Technomedia Delivers First Worldwide Service Pack of 2016

Technomedia, a leading provider of cloud-based, unified talent management solutions, announced today it has released its first Service Pack of 2016. This latest release continues on Technomedia’s enterprise suite innovation and brings even deeper product functionality to their talent acquisition, learning management, performance management and business intelligence capabilities.

“As part of our ‘Voice of the Customer’ philosophy this product release responds to what we’ve been hearing from our valued clients with new features and enhancements that will allow them to better align their talent management initiatives with their company’s overall business goals,” said Dwaine Maltais, Executive Vice President, Technomedia. “Technomedia’s talent management suite continues to evolve rapidly on parallel tracks across all the modules of our suite with each of our releases.”

This release brings over 70 product enhancements and new features in several core areas of focus that support Technomedia’s strategic product roadmap.

A few highlighted updates include:

Performance Management Reimagined - As Technomedia’s clients look to reimagine their performance management practices, this release incorporates several updates for goal priority settings and different goal models, enhanced competency portfolio management, and combines more collaborative team and project performance review processes into the solution. They’ve also enhanced global career development compliance requirements as well as their linkage to learning and development activities with seamless connectivity to their natively integrated learning management system. This includes features like career development meetings and follow up, certification and career path monitoring via dashboard displays.

Video Learning Takes Center Stage - Video continues to be a key medium to support a successful learning culture and Technomedia has incorporated easier ways to integrate video into their learning and content management systems in this update. The video functionality provokes discussions, invites learners to analyze and provide feedback, can be re-watched as many times as needed, while also containing smaller chunks of information which are easier to absorb and engage your learner population. The release also supports the latest SCORM Edition standards.

Assessing Right Fit Talent Fast - Technomedia has also strengthened their web services APIs in this March service pack to support a multitude of partner integrations, most notably with several leading assessment vendors. This allows their customers to onboard the right talent, at the right time, with automated tools to support their best fit hiring initiatives during their recruitment process.
Other noteworthy product highlights include: enhancements in Technomedia’s Career and Succession Planning module to streamline People Review processes and potential matrices, Compensation Management upgrades for variable calculation formulas, and additional enhancements to their data cubes in the TMBI reporting solution. As with other releases, the User Experience and Administrative Management capabilities also have upgrades to allow for easier user adoptability and increased customer configuration.
